The box of the self-cleaning transfer window is made of stainless steel plate, which can effectively avoid rusting. The two doors are electronically interlocked and cannot be opened at the same time. Both doors are double-glazed, with a flat surface, not easy to accumulate dust and easy to clean.

The clean transfer window is a new type of clean transfer window. After coarse filtration, the air is pressed into the static pressure box by a low noise centrifugal fan, then through the high efficiency filter, and after equal pressure, it passes through the working area with uniform air speed to form a high clean working environment. The air outlet can also be replaced by a nozzle to increase the air speed to meet the requirements of blowing dust off the surface of the object.

Features

The doors on both sides of the SS Pass Box are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking devices to ensure that both doors cannot be opened at the same time. Therefore, the intercommunication between clean and non-clean areas can be reduced.

Mechanical interlocking devices: When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened and must first be closed before the other door can be opened. Interlocking is performed internally in this way.
Electronic interlocking device: Control panels, electromagnetic locks, indicator lights, and integrated circuits are used internally to achieve interlocking. While the electromagnetic lock works to achieve interlocking, when one of the doors is open, the opening indicator light of the other door does not light up, signaling that this door cannot be opened. The second door's electromagnetic lock activates when this one is closed, and the indicator light will glow to show that it can be opened.
